Information we collect

We may collect your name, required mobile number, optional email address, vehicle details, VIN, OEM part number and the part information you submit.

How we use it

We use this information to review your request, search for a matching part, call or text you about that request, prevent misuse, maintain business records and comply with legal obligations.

When we share it

We may share the details needed to fulfill a sourcing request with a relevant approved supplier. We may also use service providers that host or secure the site, or disclose information when required by law. We do not publish buyer contact details, VINs or internal sourcing notes.

Retention and choices

We keep information as reasonably needed for brokerage, security, recordkeeping and legal purposes. You may contact AutoCore to request access, correction or deletion; some records may be retained where required for legitimate business or legal reasons.

Security

AutoCore keeps buyer requests and internal sourcing records out of the public site. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so avoid sending payment-card information or other unnecessary sensitive data through the request form.
